Summer is all about stuffing as many new and tried-and-true experiences into a two month period. Here are some photos of our close to home fun so far.
Swinging at the City Park, even though we hate to swing and cried to get out of it the minute the picture was taken.

Checking out the Police Station during Open Doors 2009, and telling everyone that he was in fact a police officer – he was just short.

Excited about being the third pylon. She thought they were really big, green hats.

Traffic Jam!

Sliding Down the lovely plastic eye sore in our backyard, and loving every minute of it.

Water Guns (also pronounced Waller Gunds) are their favorite summer accessory.

Taking a cruise on the Thousand Islands Boat Cruise and as honorary captain, steering the boat.

Hanging with the “big yellow doughnut”

What have you been up to so far this summer? What do you love to do close to home???

Those pics are truly the meaning of summer!!
Oh BG hated the swings. This is the first year we have been able to get her to swing. It has to be on the big kid swing. She will not and never has been happy in the baby swing.
What great pictures! Your children are so very cute, Maria! Looks like a fin summer so far!
