Love Fall

by MARIA on October 21, 2009

I LOVE the Fall. I love everything about it. Since the arrival of the little people, fall has become even better. Raking and jumping in the leaves, apple picking, corn mazes, the pumpkin patch, and of course, Halloween – a child’s dream. Turns out, it’s this mommy’s dream too.

Love the photos! Fall isn’t the same down here in Texas but we still have pumpkin patches and corn mazes to wind through. :) I miss the northern benefits like changing leaves, the smell of fresh-pressed cider, and crisp air. Great memories for the kids too! Can’t believe they’re all bundled up, lol, they’d fry down here!

Holy! Look like your sister much?! ;)

Fall is my favourite season, too – especially with Q… so much for him to discover and explore!

SO CUTE! One of the things I love about Fall is the cooler weather. Sadly though it’s not always cool down here at the pumpkin patch. Last year my kids wearing shorts and tshirts in 80 degree weather for our photos. They were still cute but I so want the hats and vests in my photos some day!

I LOVE fall! That pink hat is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to see their Halloween costumes! I am looking forward to celebrating all of the special times of year with Oscar. It’s like having kids make everything seem new again.

I was just thinking I was going to blow off a trip to the pumpkin patch, because….I don’t know. It’s too close to Halloween or something. But after seeing these pictures, I’m changing my mind. You guys look so happy! The kids are so cute! Pumpkin patch, here I come!!

Adorable pictures, Maria! You look great, too! (You’re not really twins, are you?)

No, she’s five years younger, but everyone says that we look the same and sound the same, so its a running joke between us and our family.

Holy pumpkins you DO look a lot like your sister! Very pretty, both of you. The pumpkin patch looks so fun – I can’t wait to take my kids when they’re a little older.

Wow – you look like twins! I don’t know that I’ve ever seen siblings look so much alike. You’re both gorgeous!
What a fun, Fall day. Looks like my ideal way to spend time!

I love fall too. Unfortunately it didn’t come here as we had a way too early winter. Gotta love Saskatchewan, *sigh*
