GIVEAWAY – The Fragrance Collection by Glade

GLADE SET THE SCENE REVIEW AND GIVEAWAY!!!

Glade recently contacted me to review their new Fragrance Collection and host a giveaway. I have always liked and have used several Glade products, and I enjoy candles so I thought this would be fun as a review & giveaway.

The latest Glade collection includes (a) reed diffusers, (b) soy-based mini candles and (c) large multi-wick soy candles, and are currently available in two distinctive scents, Currants & Açai™ and Sheer White Cotton™.

I recently received a Set the Scene package to review. It included both scents of the reed diffusers, mini candles and multi-wick soy candles, two bottles of Copper Moon wine, a $25 gift certificate to Chapters bookstore, and numerous 2 for 1 coupons to use toward the future purchase of more of these great products.

At first sight, I immediately appreciated the visual appeal of these particular Glade products – they are beautifully packaged. Once you open the product, the quality is clear right through to the scent and burning quality. I found the two scents to be very different, although I personally really enjoy Sheer White Cotton™; it smells like fresh, clean, laundry. My sister preferred the Currants & Açai™ products and its berry scent. The candles burn very clean, and their scent quickly filled the room, but not in an overpowering way. My favorite of the three products is the diffuser, because with small children constantly in my midst, I don’t have to worry about any “accidents”, while still enjoying their scent.

Call me old-fashioned, but I’m still a sucker for real candles – and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Glade makes some fantastic scents! My current fave is Gingerbread Spice…love the way it sets the mood for the fall season!

I have always liked the Glade Plug In, especially Clean Linen. It makes my bathroom smell so nice. Just bought the scented oil candle in Scented Linen and with the little holes in the can you can still smell it even if it isn’t burning. And the designs are so nice, can match the colour to your room.

I love all the Glade products. But I must say that the oils and flameless candles are are so warm and inviting. I always get a response about them when ever someone comes to my home. I also use Glade products to put in baskets as they make great Christmas gifts.

I don’t know why I’m just now seeing this. Thank goodness the giveaway isn’t over yet. So I looked at the Glade site and my fav. there is the Apple Cinnamon Scented Candles, especially now that it’s fall. I actually have one lit up in my kitchen as we speak. It smells so good! Thanks!!!
