My 6 year old is all boy in some cases, and yet when it comes to some things, he’s a tentative, shy soul. One of those things is skating – he’s been nervous about it, until this year. He has finally shown real interest in wanting to learn to skate. So we bought him the gear, and just this past weekend, we took him down to the outdoor rink in the Market Square in our city. Here are a few pics of our little Skater man.

Oh gosh, how I love to start my morning looking at cotton candy sweetness! Oh, too gorgeous for words. Enjoy every minute of those sweet babies’ days. Trust me, as I look at the 19 year old college girl of mine, sitting across from me, those days fly by like the wind.

glad it went well! my son has been asking for weeks to go skating and play hockey. Today we got a helmet. my worry now is he will be frustrated on skates but I’m excited to take him
