I’m a shopper. I like to shop, much to the chagrin of the husband.
I also like a great sale and great deals. Who doesn’t?
So, if there is the opportunity to shop and earn the ability to shop for free, I’m all over it.
This is why I appreciate the Sears Club Points program. If you have a Sears card or Sears Financial™ Mastercard®, you are automatically enrolled. For every dollar that you spend on your Sears card, you can then earn one Sears ClubTM Point.
Recently, I was sent a Sears Club Points card so that I could check out the process of redeeming the points in store.
I headed to my local Sears store with the kids and checked out the electronics department. The kids sat and enjoyed watching one of the many kids movies that were playing while I checked out the Blu-ray players. The husband has been wanting one for ages, and I thought I would continue with my “SUPER WIFE” reputation and pick one up for him.
I had amazing customer service from a lovely lady named Jewels – she knew everything about everything in that department. She was a bucket of knowledge, seriously. After some help, I decided on the Sharp Aquos Blu-ray player. When I was ready to pay, redeeming the points was as simple as handing the card to the cashier, the card being swiped and that’s it.
You can redeem your points both in store (at Sears and Sears Travel) and online. You can also donate your points if you so choose. Sears Club Points is a great program that you need to consider – think about how great it would be to be able to save your points and use them this time of year when holiday shopping!!
Disclosure – I am participating in the Sears Club Points program by Mom Central Canada. I received compensation for my participation in this campaign. The opinions on this blog are my own.
