Stuff That In Your Stocking – The Conjuring

by MARIA on November 28, 2013

Thanks to everyone who entered yesterday and to the winner of Pacific Rim – Laura Monroe.

To celebrate the holidays, I’m giving away some great movies all this week!! Each giveaway will end at the end of the day so make sure to enter for your chance to win a different movie every day! And remember, you don’t have to celebrate Christmas to enter – any and all lovely Canadians are welcome.

Today’s movie…..The Conjuring.

I would love to tell you that this was a great movie but I was too scared to watch it. I’m a wimp what can I say. The sad thing is I REALLY want to see it, but I’m that person that will be afraid to look under the bed for months afterward. Also when the husband travels, I would be standing by the front door with the biggest spatula I have and my kid’s hockey stick as protection. But I can tell you that the friends who have seen it, said it was scary as hell. PERFECT FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!

To enter to win a BluRay/DVD copy of The Conjuring, leave me a comment below and tell me what part of the holidays gives you NIGHTMARES! Feel free to be witty – I like witty.

For an extra entry, please tweet the following once and leave me a comment below telling me you did:

Aunt drinks-too-much-and-doesn’t-mind-her-own-business. My biggest holiday nightmare, every year.

All I gotta say is avoid the kitchen and my mother when she’s cooking. If one little thing goes wrong, run for the hills or be prepared to hear her yell and cursing up a storm.

Nightmares? Having my family et al in one room, getting along. My brother hasn’t talked to me for 5 yrs, his kids don’t know my kids and the tension is soooooooo thick. But, all in all, its a good time lol
