This SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2015, Etsy is going to pop up across the country, in over 20 cities, to feature several local sellers in your area!! It’s a great opportunity to check out some of your local artisans and support them, or what I like to call, POP AND SHOP!!
There will be pop-ups in virtually every province, but specifically in Ontario, locations will include:
Since I’m located in Kingston, I’m definitely planning on checking out the event with my daughter. You’ll be able to check out the Kingston Etsy: Made in Canada event at Grant Hall on Queen’s University campus (43 University Ave), from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can find more information about the expected local vendors (33 of them I believe) at the Kingston event by checking out Fat Goose Collective on FB or online. Entry to the event will be by donation, with proceeds going to SaveAFamilyFromSyria.org.
I adore Etsy, because I love the ability to discover so many crafty people from around the world, especially since I have nary a crafty bone in this body.
I plan to feature all the lovely things I see on there, every so often, so today it’s all about totes. Cute, funny or unique totes that will make lugging those library books, market veggies or your kids paraphernalia that much more enjoyable. Enjoy!
