My sweet baby girl is six today!
She’s given me six years of joy and love, and an endless supply of wet smoochy kisses.
She makes me laugh out loud with her hilarious observations and her snarky attitude.
She is helpful and polite and such a lovely little soul.
She’s everyone’s friend, but don’t mess with her because she won’t put up with it.
She loves to read and sing and shake her little booty constantly. Her joy and fun nature is absolutely contagious.
She adores her brother, her partner in crime, her best friend.
She has the kindest heart, and cares for others with such empathy and innocence.
She is the life of the party. I could not love her more if I tried.
She is absolute joy. My absolute joy.
Happy Birthday Sunshine. Love you forever.
My gorgeous little girl is four years old today.
How did this happen?
Her birthday wishes this year include Barbies, and a pink scooter, among other things.
She’s the funniest little person I know.
She loves to sing and dance, and is always on the move.
She loves loves loves her big brother, and imitates him every chance she gets.
She loves wearing dresses and being a girly girl, and yet can keep up with any boy – she is not easily intimidated.
She can usually be found wearing some kind of costume, whether it be a tiara, a tutu or a cape.
She has the biggest heart, the sweetest smile and the most delicious cheeks.
She’s so excited about being in Junior Kindergarten and being a “big girl now!”
She’s the sweetest and toughest little person I know.
I love her so much it makes me want to cry to be honest.
Happy Birthday Bunny
Love you forever xx
On Sunday, my little girl will turn 3. I can’t believe it. She’s gone from this cherubic, quiet little baby to this funny little girl who sings ABBA all day long. She can hum the theme songs to Harry Potter and Star Wars thanks to her big brother whom she absolutely adores. At the same time, she is the most stubborn little person I have ever known (I’m so proud!) She is crazy for anything that’s yellow, has suddenly developed a love for kittens and you will never find her without a little bag or tote filled with stuff.
Where have the last three years gone?
Happy Birthday to my little lady.
Yup. This is me.
Correction. This was me. This was me rockin’ my older brother’s knitted outfit.
There is no denying it – I was cute. So cute. Oh, how cute. What a cutie!
So today, as I celebrate my 36th birthday, I will remember that little person in the picture. I will honour her by being grateful for every moment, and every memory.
Oh, and thanks Mom & Dad. Your love made me possible.
